Stock Rating: Sell the stock before Macworld Jan 9, it should sell off a lot; The stock should trade sideways below $5-5.50 until Macworld; There maybe a slight uptick with news of new features at CES to $6; Tivo will sell off on the next DTV report saying Tivo sales are down; Tivo will sell off on loss in the suit to Echostar over Time Warp

Tivo is just $19 after mail in rebate at Amazon.com. The rank is 15 currently. I added this to important things. Tivo stand alone sales dropped almost 50% Q3. They burned money a lot of money gettings subs. They plan to burn even more Q4. The quarter ends Jan 31. Tivo no longer guides sub adds but in the past Q4 was 1/2 sales for the year.

ranking went all the way up to #7 before selling out.

i think the new price point has created new demand!!!

will the unmet demand go away, or will tivo keep the price low and allow this new group of buyers to enjoy "tivo love"?
